Enzymatic hydrolysis is the highest level of whey protein processing, which involves the enzymatic splitting (\"pre-digestion\") of long chains of whey proteins into peptides. These are better digestible for the human body and have a demonstrable effect on increasing proteosynthesis. In Essential Optimal Hydro Whey, the peptides are distributed in an optimal molecular weight profile from less than 500 daltons to more than 10,000 daltons. Almost half is made up of peptides with a molecular weight below 5000 daltons. This weight profile ensures optimal release of amino acids into the blood. Thanks to its exceptional properties, Optimal Hydro Whey maximizes the increase in muscle mass and strength.
