Thanks to this, they are easily and relatively quickly digested. But the energy is gradually released from it, which you will appreciate not only during endurance activities. After sports performance, it is also suitable as part of a recovery drink.

Cluster Dextrin® is a carbohydrate source of energy to support sports performance. It is made from corn starch (amylopectin), which is broken down by a special enzyme. The result is highly branched cyclic dextrin (Highly Branched Cyclic Dextrin, HBCD), which is well absorbable. Thanks to its high molecular weight, it quickly leaves the stomach. In the digestive tract, it then easily passes into the small intestine, from which it is broken down more slowly due to its cyclic structure. Energy is released from it gradually into the bloodstream. It will thus continuously supply you with energy during training. Another advantage is easy digestibility and good tolerance even during intense physical activity.
