Supplying the body with high-quality nutrients is essential for normal muscle function, growth and maintenance. Just like you, your muscles like to \"eat well\". Do you want to treat them and yourself to a protein cocktail, but lactose is on the black list for you? You don't have to miss out on effective protein supplements even if you're lactose intolerant. Popular flavors are now also available without lactose (provided dosage is followed).

It is intended for everyone who wants to supplement their protein intake with a lactose-free and non-dairy source of protein, because the protein content in the product contributes to the maintenance of muscle mass and healthy bones, as well as to the growth of muscle mass. For everyone who wants a quick solution for recovery after training. For people on a paleo or dairy-free diet, sensitive to lactose or gluten.

[zobraz-01]Information about the lactose-free nature of the product[/zobraz] [hidden-content-01] Although the manufacturer states lactose-free directly on the packaging, the consumer should still be careful and deal with the tolerance of the product individually without any certainty that it is as written by the manufacturer.

According to the legislation (Decree No. 54/2004 of the Ministry of Health and No. 39/2018 of the Ministry of Health), the designation \"lactose-free\" or \"with a low lactose content\" can be used provided that the product meets the maximum permissible amount of lactose per 100 g or 100 ml in a condition intended for consumption. The label \"with a low lactose content\" can be given if the product does not contain more than 1 g of lactose per 100 g/100 ml. The label \"lactose-free\" may be used as long as the amount of lactose does not exceed 10 mg per 100 g/100 ml.

The product states on its packaging that the protein is lactose-free under the conditions described by the manufacturer (**). Therefore, the content of a maximum of 10 mg of lactose per 100 ml of the product intended for consumption (i.e. in the finished shake) applies to it. If we dilute one dose in less than the amount of water indicated by the manufacturer, we cannot legally say that such a dose is lactose-free (here, therefore, \"with a low lactose content\" would be more appropriate). But if one dose is diluted with the amount of water specified by the manufacturer (** that is the condition), such a shake can then be classified as a lactose-free drink according to the manufacturer. However, only the manufacturer knows whether this is really the case, because he does not publish any laboratory analysis that determines the real lactose content. Also, keep in mind that the label \"lactose-free\" does not automatically mean that the product is completely free of milk sugar, but that it only meets the maximum permitted amount of lactose (10 mg) per 100 g/100 ml of the product. However, such an amount usually does not cause any problem even for lactose intolerant people. [/hidden-content]
