It contains a high-quality protein mixture, BevGrad™ XtraSmooth Flax brand raw materials (linseed), oatmeal in combination with selected Benexia® brand chia seeds, which are a source of omega-3 fatty acids, proteins, antioxidants, minerals, vitamins and soluble.
Thanks to its high protein content, it helps to grow and maintain muscle mass, and it also has a high fiber content. Protein chia porridge is suitable as a quick breakfast, but you can prepare and consume it at any time throughout the day.

ALA and LA are essential fatty acids that are necessary for the normal growth and development of children, and they also contribute to maintaining normal cholesterol levels in the blood. A beneficial effect can be achieved with a daily intake of 2 g of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) and 10 g of linoleic acid (LA).

    mix 60 g (1.5 scoops) Protein ChiaMash in 150 ml of water or warm milk,
