Thank you for quick and detailed question. I wonder, this combination of products what you suggested for me, isn’t it to heavy for my body? I am 43 years old, so I am not the youngest one :-) Thank you, Toni.

Hello Toni! We are glad you reach for us! We totally understand your feelings, and it happend to all people, not only for people who are doing sports. Some times, we just need some change, so we can move forward again :-) Protein is a good choice and it will help you to manage your strength and also regeneration. Protein makes your muscles stronger! You can use it between your day meals or even 1h before your cross-skiing ride – so it will support your muscles with nutrients during your ride, and then immidiately after it. This will help you to regenerate your body faster and support your muscles. On another hand, if you want to provide your body with energy during your cross-skiing, we suggest for you to use Amino Acids, such as BCAAs, long lasting sugars – Maltodextrin and L-Glutamine. This combo of products can be used during your tour and it will help you to feed your body with energy and power. You will last longer, supress your cramps and support your regeneration! You can combine these 3 products together as 30g of Maltodextrin, 10g of BCAAs and 10g of L-Glutamine, mix it in 0.5l of water, and use it during your cross-skiing to see the differences :-) Protein can be used in dosage of 30g mixed with 2.5 – 3dcl of water or milk. We offer plenty of great products and our pick-up for you would be: 100% Whey Gold Standard from Optimum Nutrition, Maltodextrin from MyProtein, BCAA Xpress from Scitec Nutrition and L-Glutaime from Scitec Nutrition. Let us know if you have more questions! Keep going and have a great day!

Hei, In my free time I’m doing cross-skiing, what protein would you suggested for me if I want to last longer, so I can go for longer distances? If I go more km, I start to feel legs pain and even cramps. I know that it is most about my condition, but there is all the time some limit which I will hit, and then whole season, it is my record. What protein can help me to push it? Thank you, Toni.
